Client Gallery Terms of Service for Frank Ta Photo

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any online gallery hosted by Frank Ta Photo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not access the gallery.

2. Permitted Use and Access
Galleries are provided exclusively to Frank Ta Photo clients and their authorized guests. You agree to:

• Use the gallery only to view, select, favorite, or purchase images as authorized by the client.

• Keep any gallery passwords, download PINs, or direct access links strictly confidential.

• Avoid sharing access codes with unauthorized third parties.

3. Prohibited Conduct
When using our galleries, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Screenshotting or Screen Recording: Taking screenshots or recording watermarked preview images to bypass downloading or purchasing is a direct violation of copyright.

• Unauthorized Modification: Altering, cropping, adding filters, or removing watermarks from any preview or downloaded image.

• Malicious Behavior: Attempting to disrupt gallery security, scraping data, or overloading the platform’s bandwidth.

4. Intellectual Property
All visual content, photographs, layouts, and logos displayed within the gallery are the permanent intellectual property of Frank Ta Photo. Accessing a gallery does not grant you any ownership or copyright over the images.

5. Gallery Expiration and Availability
Galleries are hosted as a convenience and are subject to expiration dates as outlined in the client's original photography contract. Frank Ta Photo reserves the right to archive, deactivate, or delete a gallery after its expiration date, or to revoke access immediately if these terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Galleries are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we use a reliable hosting platform, Frank Ta Photo does not guarantee that the gallery will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or free from server downtime.
